Analysis and Implementation Monitoring Flood System Based on IoT Using Sugeno Fuzzy Logic

Flood disasters can have a detrimental impact such as damage to infrastructure, materials, and loss of life. One the efforts that be made carry out early detection flood is use prediction system, where this system monitor water levels, flow rates, predict real-time increases. Information sent every citizen using telegram chatbot. This built several sensors integrated with Telegram. The used are ultrasonic sensors. sensor read level in range 0-50 cm calculate entering test container an interval 0-10 liters / minute. Data realtime firebase database through NodeMCU ESP8266 WiFi module. results reading discharge data processed Sugeno fuzzy logic. obtained study indicate average error from 2.43% or 97.58%. shows 0.206 liters/minute percentage tool accuracy 87.06 %.
